MCC400P/MCC800P

     MCC800P is a PCI-based motion control card for controlling stepper motors and servo systems. Motion planning through ARM and FPGA, pulse commands can be output, which can control 1-8 axes servo or stepper motor at the same time. The maximum frequency of each axis is 4MHz, and the 8-axis encoder input signal can be detected. It supports linear and circular interpolation, supports trapezoidal and S-shaped acceleration and deceleration point-to-point motion control, and supports speed/positoion change during motion. The position command can be output by single pulse (pulse + direction) or double pulse (CW + CCW pulse); it can be a differential output circuit or a single-ended output circuit.
     MCC800P matched terminal board has multiple general I/Os, supports high-speed position latching and position comparison output. External bus I/O expansion greatly satisfies customers' various control requirements for I/O.
     This product is equipped with a dynamic link library under Windows XP/Win7, which is convenient for customers to write their own application software. At the same time, it provides motion debugging software, which can demonstrate the function of this card, it also can be used to tests the operation of motion control cards, motors and drives and motion platforms.
