MCN-16E/MCN-32E

     MCN-16E/MCN-32E is an EtherCAT stand-alone controller that controls 16/32-axis motion, combined with an EtherCAT control platform with full hardware and software capabilities. The serial motor multi-axis servo motor communication cycle does not exceed 500us. In addition, it has 6 auxiliary pulse axes, 30 digital inputs and 18 digital outputs (2 of which can be configured for high speed PWM), and also has 2 analog outputs to handle high speed I/O requirements. With CAN, RS485 bus, expandable 512/256/128 input\output\AD\DA, support Basic multi-tasking programming, 22 tasks, 62 files, so that program developers can write programs easily.
     It is equivalent to the pulse type controller in linear interpolation, circular and spiral interpolation, space arc, support speed preview, electronic gear, electronic cam, motion superposition, virtual main axis, hardware latch, comparison output and other functions. In addition, it provides many easy-to-use program examples, which can reduce the time for project development. It is also suitable for multi-axis groups of various types of robots (Delta, SCARA) and multi-manipulator coordinated motion.
